The Heart of Our Bowls Club

With over 100 teams competing each week, our bowls league is the heart of the Club, fostering a friendly yet competitive spirit among all players. Matches follow various formats, including Rinks (4 players), Triples, and Pairs, ensuring something for everyone to enjoy.

League Programs

Winter League (October – April):
Matches run from 10:00 AM Monday to Friday evenings, with teams competing in open, men’s, and ladies’ divisions.

Summer League (May – August):
Matches are held from 10:00 AM Monday to Wednesday evenings, with opportunities to play in open Triples and Rinks teams.

Camberley has an excellent system for integrating new bowlers into league teams, giving those who want to improve their game a clear path to do so. Each team is led by a league captain, who organizes player schedules at the start of the season and provides a playing schedule for each member.

New Bowler Fun Drives

For newcomers, a Sunday evening fun drive is the perfect introduction. Just turn up, and you’ll be placed into a team for a friendly game.

Social and Competitive Spirit

Our vibrant social scene complements the league program, with plenty of opportunities to reflect on those “what might have been” moments after matches. Above all, the Club offers a fun, social, and competitive environment for bowlers of all levels to enjoy.
